1. Data We Access

Presentation content — Oval reads the colors, fonts, and element structure of your active Google Slides™ presentation to run the brand check. This data is processed entirely within Google's infrastructure and is never transmitted to any external server.

2. Brand Guidelines (Colors and Fonts)

The brand colors and fonts you configure are saved using Google's UserProperties service — stored within your Google Account™ and never shared externally.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Oval does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name or email address
• Your Google Account™ information
• Any presentation content outside of your active session
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

4. External Requests

Oval makes one external request: to the Google Slides™ REST API (slides.googleapis.com) using your own OAuth token, solely to detect cropped or masked images and avoid false positives. No user data is included in or returned from this call beyond what Google already owns.

5. Third Parties

Oval does not share any data with third parties. No advertising, analytics, or tracking services are used.

6. Data Retention

Oval stores no data on external servers. Your brand guidelines are stored in your own Google Account™ via UserProperties and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the add-on.

7. Your Rights

You may uninstall Oval at any time from Google Workspace Marketplace™ → Manage apps, which removes all stored brand guidelines. For any privacy questions, contact us at harshitabhargava01@gmail.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date.
